Queensland based World Leader in steel fabricated piling & foundation systems installs a new Ezi-Duct Welding Fume Extraction System
A Queensland based company that is a world leader in residential piling and foundation systems has installed a new Ezi-Duct Welding Fume Extraction System. The company install 8 x 4.0 mtr Ezi-Arm Fume arms together with the Ezi-Duct Modular Ducting system. Ezi-Duct also supplied a high efficiency Ezi-Duct CBS400 Centrifugal Fan that produces up to 9000 m3/h @ 1500 pa. The fan was mounted the their factories roof.
The Ezi-Arm Fume Arm is the best technical solution for the removal of welding fumes from fabrication areas. The Ezi-Arm Fume Arm hood can be positioned in an infinite number of position to capture the harmful smoke & fumes generated with welding. The Ezi-Arm Fume Arm has no internal parts to cause turbulence in the fume arms airflow. This equates to much greater performance than other fume arms on the world market. It is also fitted with a damper so the operator can adjust and control the amount of suction at the Fume Arms capture hood. Ezi-Arm Fume Arms are available in 2.2, 3.0 & 4.0 mtr models and are supplied standard with a heavy duty wall bracket. They are available ex-stock with a large range of fans in our 3 state Branches
