Ezi-Duct releases new range of Aussie designed portable fume & dust collectors at the National Manufacturing Week 2015 in Melbourne
Australia's leader in the field of Dust Collectors & Fume Extraction equipment, Ezi-Duct, in conjunction with Polex Environmental Engineering has released a new range of portable fume & dust collectors, The original Australian designed Polex eMission Control portable fume & dust collector has been on the Australian market for 5 years has been upgraded, improved and is now joined by 2 brand new models
The Polex eMission Control portable fume & dust collector range now starts off with an economically priced model, the eMission Control 1500, that has 1500 m3/h of suction @ 2500 + pa. It's features include a primary spark filter that helps prevent any sparks entering the unit's main air filter cartridge. The portable fume & dust collector is fitted with a high efficiency 1.5 kW fan and has compressed air cleaning for its main filter cartridge by simply turning a lever on the top of the unit. It comes standard with 1 x 3.0 m Ezi-Flex Fume Arm. The portable fume & dust collector unit can fit through a standard doorway, is single phase to ensure it's easy to use on building sites and moves smoothly on its 4 quality casters.
The Polex eMission Control 2200 portable fume & dust collector has 2200 m3/h of suction @ 2500 + pa. It's features include a 2 x spark filters that help prevent any sparks entering the unit's 2 x main air filter cartridges plus a carbon filter for odor control. The portable fume & dust collector fits through a standard doorway, and is fitted with a high efficiency 2.2 kW fan. It also has fully automatic compressed air cleaning of the units 2 main filter cartridges. The eMission Control 2200 can be fitted with either 2 x Ezi-Arm fume arms, Ezi-Flex Flexible Ducting or to fixed Ezi-Duct modular ducting system. The portable fume & dust collector unit moves smoothly on its 4 quality casters.
The "Big Boy" of the portable fume & dust collector range is the powerful eMission Control 4000 that has 4000 m3/h of suction @ 3000 + pa. It has great features such as 2 x spark filters that help prevent any sparks entering the unit's 6 main air filter cartridges plus a carbon filter for odor control. The portable fume & dust collector moves smoothly on its 4 quality casters and is fitted with a high efficiency 4.0 kW fan.
The portable fume & dust collector has fully automatic compressed air filter cleaning and can be fitted with 2 EziArm fume arms, Ezi-Flex Flexible Ducting or to fixed Ezi-Duct modular ducting system. The eMission Control 4000 is ideal size fume & dust collector for removal of smoke / fume extraction on a single table CNC plasma or laser cutter.
