Ezi-Duct Food Grade Arms installed for Dust Collection System in New Sydney Based Pharmaceutical Plant
Ezi-Duct has just finished installing 11 food grade articulated stainless steel arms for a large Dust Collection System into a new Pharmaceutical plant located in the western suburbs of Sydney.
The Dust Collection System has many pick up/collection points throughout the new state of the art manufacturing faculty that include the 11 food grade articulated stainless steel arms.
The arms are 150 mm diameter and is available in length from 1.5 to 4.0 meters. The food grade stainless steel arms arevery manoeuvrable and this enables the collection hood to be positioned in many locations. This makes this product extremely versatile and the air volume can be simply controlled by a damper fitted into the stainless steel pick up /collection hood. They are perfect for keeping dust and fumes away from workers faces in many different applications.
All the dust collected from the stainless steel arms goes into a Polex MDC Dust Collector via Ezi-Duct Modular ducting. The dust collector uses top quality filter bags which are continuously and automatically cleaned while the unit is operating using a pulse of compressed air. The ensures that the dust collector is running at maximum efficiency at all times.
The MDC P dust collectors are fitted with Rotary Valves (air lock valves) that feeds waste directly into the customers waste bin. This great feature enables customers to empty or change the waste bins without the need to turn the unit off & shutting the dust collection system down. This enables the factory to continue running saving the customer time and money.
