Ezi-Duct has opened its 3rd Australian manufacturing facility in Brisbane, Queensland
Ezi-Duct, Australia's leader in the field of Australian designed and built Dust Collectors & Fume Extraction equipment, has opened its 3rd Australian manufacturing facility in Brisbane.
Ezi-Duct has had a warehouse and sales office in Brisbane for many years and decided the best way of improving our service to our Queensland customers was to set up local Queensland manufacturing. This will greatly improve lead times for our Queensland customers and increase Ezi-Duct's Australian manufacturing capacity as a whole.
The new factory equipment includes a CNC high definition Plasma cutter, CNC Guillotine & folder, 3 sets of sheet metal rollers, a lock seam machine , Auto lock seam crusher, Gorlock Bend making machine, 2 power Jenny Wheels, 2 pedestal spot welders, Tig & Mig welders, Drill Press, Compressor and many hand tools. Ezi-Duct has hired qualified local trades people to run the new factory. Both Wayne Dockrill Ezi-Duct's M/D and Stuart Brown QLD State Manager are delighted with the expansion into the Queensland market and are very pleased with the Quality "Aussie" made products that are already being produced there.
