Ezi-Duct and Polex supplied their powerful new Dust Collection system, which also included two 110kW fans, two Rotary Valves 925, two 110kW Variable speed drives and the modular ducting system that sees the dust collector connected to over ten production machines.
The MDC has been engineered & designed in Australia by Polex, an 100% Australian team with decades of industry experience. It's designed to meet Australia's strict OHS and clean air/environmental regulations. The dust collector works under negative pressure so no waste or dirty air passes through the units high-efficiency fans.
This is a fully automatic self cleaning dust collector that uses a pulse of compressed air to automatically clean it's many filter bags.
The Ezi-Duct Modular Ducting not only provides the best airflow of any ducting on the market it is manufactured from heavy duty galvanized steel construction. The bends are of smooth pressed construction of 1.5 CLR.
