Aaphi Kitchens located in Sydney's western suburbs recently installed an Ezi-Duct Dust Collector with Ezi-Duct Modular Ducting and Ezi-Flex Flexible Ducting. The System was installed by Ezi-Duct and connected to Aaphi Kitchens CNC point to point machine + their panel saw. An outlet for further machines was designed into the Dust Extraction system. The eCono 6000 Dust Collector in a high performance Dust Collector featuring many features which are only found on much more expensive DustCollectors. The Dust Collector automatically self cleans its 25 top quality quick clip, non leak filter bags every time the Dust Collector unit is turned off. This ensures that the Dust Collector is running at or near 100% efficiency every time the unit is switched back on. Other Dust Collectors will lose up to 60% of their Suction when the bags are caked with dust. The Econo 6000 Dust Collector also has engineered quick release and non leak system for the 4 waste bags. The eCono 6000 Dust Collectorhas a powerful 7.5kW ( 10hp) fan that produces suction greater than 6000 m3/h @ 2500 pa and comes complete with an Australian Built control panel fitted with a PLC.
The units are built in Australia in the Ezi-Duct’s Auburn Sheetmetal Factory and are available ex-stock from all of Ezi-Ducts factories in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane.
