Ezi-Duct releases another new Australian Designed and Manufactured Dust Collector. The eCono 6000 C
The new Cono 6000 C is a budget priced yet very powerful dust collector. It's clever design uses the principle of Cyclonic action to separate the heavy dust particles from the air stream while the fine dust is filtered by the units 20 no leak, snap lock filter bags. This ensures no harmful dust goes back into your factory, greatly improving the air quality for you and your staff. The eCono 6000 C has powerful performance providing over 6000 M3 /h @ 3000pa of suction. It is powered by a high efficiency, heavy duty industrial quality fan fitted with a 7.5kW WEG CE motor. The eCono 6000C is fabricated from corrosion resistant galvanised steel. The units filter bags are snap lock, quick fit / no leakage filter bags manufactured from top quality 550 g/m2 polyester antistatic needle felt. The filters are tubular in design to allow easy dust release during the cleaning cycle and reduces any risk of blockages. The filter bags are cleaned with a vibration (shaker) system when the unit is switched off. This ensures that every time the dust collector unit is turned on its operating at maximum efficiency levels saving energy. The econo 6000 C comes in 2 models with waste collection options of either 1 x "240 L wheelie Bin" or 2 x 200 L Plastic disposable bags.
