Carpet manufacture located in South West Sydney installs Ezi-Duct Rotary Separator system that separates the dust from the carpet fiber while they recycling old carpet tiles.
A carpet manufacturer located in the South Western area of Sydney required a specialized system that would separate the dust from the carpet tile fiber while they recycling old carpet tiles. The old carpet tiles are shaved, then the product is collected with negative pressure and put through a Polex Rotary Separator. The dust free Carpet Fiber then goes into a bailer and the dust goes into the Ezi-Duct eCono 4000 Dust Collector. Ezi-Duct manufactures & supplies the Polex designed rotary separator range.
The Rotary Separators are design to separate from a moving air stream products that have a large surface area. They are very commonly used for paper trim systems in the cardboard and packaging industry and for aluminium foil trim systems in the recycling industry. The perforated rotating impeller fan allows for free continuous blockage free operation.

The eCono 4000 Dust Collector automatically cleans the 15 top quality filter bags in the unit every time the dust collector is shut down, via a PLC incorporated into the control panel that is supplied with the unit. This makes the Dust Collector operate at 100% efficiency the next time the Dust Extraction System is used .
