Econo 3000 / 4000 / 6000 Dust Collectors with a "Wheelie Bin" Is proving to be a popular choice with customers

A leading Australian timber stake manufacturer based in Sydney's western suburbs has just installed an Ezi-Duct eCono 4000 Dust Collector with a 4.0 kW fan that feeds directly into a 240 Ltr "Wheelie Bin".

The Ezi-Duct eCono 4000 Dust Collectors feeds into 2 x 180 Ltr plastic bags ,but many customers have asked us to do a design modification to allow the Australian Designed & Manufactured Dust Collector Unit to feed directly into a Wheelie Bin to make is easy to empty.

Ezi-Duct had the engineers at Polex design this modification on the eCono series and we are now providing the units as pictured above.

The Ezi-Duct eCono Dust Collectors are the most economical self cleaning Dust Collector on the market. The eCono’s 15 or 25 filter bags are cleaned every time the unit is switched off. A powerful shaker motor set on an automatic timer comes on whenever the Dust Collector Unit is switched off.

The eCono Dust Collector Units are powerful enough to run several machines simultaneously (as pictured above), this of course depends of the eCono Dust Collector model and the size & number outlets on the machines.

A kitchen manufacturer in Brisbane also installed an Ezi-Duct eCono 6000 Dust Collector with a 7.5 kw motor that feeds directly into a 240 Ltr "Wheelie Bin" .

The Ezi-Duct eCono 6000 Dust Collector is also automatic self cleaning with a shaker motor set on an automatic timer that comes on whenever the Dust Collector Unit is switched off.

The eCono 6000 Dust Collector Units are powerful enough to run a small factory with several machines simultaneously

Australia will loose 100m,000's of skilled jobs such as tradesman and engineers. And as Australian Manufactuerers it would be hypocritical for us not to buy Australian. We must support one another to ensure our survival.
